Slow cooked monkfish, pickled cabbage, purple potatoes chips, bladder cherry & green jalapenõs sauce, black olives crumble.
Slow cooked havtaske, syltet kål, kumquat, blå kartoffelchips, ananaskirsebær og grøn jalapenos sauce & sort oliven crumble.
PRIMO:
Torchietti, crema di zucca e porri, olio nero, fonduta di montasio, ceci croccanti aromatizzati al curry.
Torchietti, Pumpkin and leek cream, black oil, Montasio cheese fondue, crispy curry chickpeas.
Torchietti, græskar & porrecreme, sort olivenolie, Montasio ostefondue & sprøde karry kikærter.
SECONDO:
Filetto di vitello cotto a bassa temperatura, porro , crema di castagne, crumble alle erbe, salsa al vino rosso aromatizzata alle nocciole.
Veal tenderloin cooked sous vide, slow cooked leek, chestnuts cream, herbs crumble, hazelnut red wine sauce.
Sous vide tilberedt kalvemørbrad, slow cooked porre, kastanjecreme, urte crumble, rødvin og hasselnøddesauce.
DOLCE:
Vaniljemousse, mango passionscreme, mandel biscuit, kokosflager, eksotisk frugtgele.
